How to use our professional ovens correctly
Step 1 - Connect
Connect the device to a 240 V socket.
Important : Each oven requires its own 240V socket.
Do not connect the oven to a multiple socket with other devices.


Step 2 - Power on
Turn on the device (I). Ovens with two thrust chambers each have their own switch for each baking chamber.
Step 3 - Temperature
Set the temperature controller to 250°C and leave the oven
preheat – the temperature control can also be operated separately for each baking chamber in double ovens.


Step 4 - Remove Foil
Remove the foil from the deep-frozen tarte flambée and place the tarte flambée on the grid without the paper underneath.
Step 5 - Timers
Set the temperature controller to 250°C and leave the oven
preheat – the temperature control is also different for double ovens
Baking chamber to be operated separately.


Step 6 - Serve
Now place the paper on the tarte flambée board and serve the hot tarte flambée on it. Traditionally, the Flammkuchen is cut into small pieces with a rotary knife.
Step 7 - Cool & relax
After use, unplug and allow the oven to cool. And that was it! You simply bring the oven back to us.
