We’re passionate about Flammkuchen

Modern technology
The greatest challenge within the past 40 years has been to automate the production of our thin doughs while ensuring high quality. That’s why we invested in state-of-the-art technology:
In contrast to the frozen products of other manufacturers of bulk consumer products, our Flammkuchen are pre-baked in a stone oven. This reduces the baking time for every oven type. A stone oven is not necessarily required. Depending on the type of oven, the baking time ranges between 5 and 10 minutes.
Finest ingredients
We only use high-quality ingredients for our Flammkuchen. In contrast to many of our competitors,we do not use ingredients such as milk powder, emulsifiers, colorants and similar chemical additives.
